“Thank you for a great and responsive shop its funny that age of 53 I am finding myself looking for the sticker in side the delivery every time I receive my order from you .I used to get all my marine goods from charterhouse aquatics but after such a great shop you run all my future marine aquarium goods will be ordered from kraken.......THANKS AGAIN.......”

“Ordered reef roids to try them out and see what my coral think. From ease of website to smooth transaction and swift post. Ordered late Friday night and was here Monday morning. Used the specified amount for my tank and all my corals are thriving within minutes of being fed. Not had any fluctuations in my parameters so absolute bonus. Cheers guys will be buying from you again.”

“I ordered a selection of frozen fish food from Kracken Corals. I thought the prices were great. However, once the parcel had been delivered. I opened it to find all of the food had all defrosted, had leaked everywhere and was very warm. Rendering it unusable for my fish. This was a disappointment and a very smelly (warm, defrosted fish food does NOT smell nice!!) mistake! However, when I contacted Kracken Corals customer Support they were fairly swift in dealing with my complaint and promptly refunded me. Will try and use them again in the future if the packaging methods are improved.”

“I wanted to buy a honeycomb frag for my husband for Christmas but was not sure what was included in the package as I am not very familiar with marine tank equipment etc, so I telephoned & spoke to the company about this item, they explained I would get the slimline honeycomb frag & 2 magnetic holders. I also wanted the neon orange/black as per the picture & at first the guy said they were out of stock but then took the time to check their stock in the front of the shop & found they had one left, the guy said he would put it by for me. When the I received the parcel I got the colour I wanted but there was only one magnetic holder in the package, so called the company up they were very apologetic & received another magnetic holder in the post a few days later. My husband is now using the honeycomb frag & is very happy with it, the frags sit in the honeycomb nicely 👌🏽 I have to say I found there customer service to be very very good & they were really helpful. Would definitely recommend using this company.”
