“Fast delivery, however the bottle of Vibrant that I purchased had been opened. It was packaged in a plastic bag and had leaked everywhere inside. On inspection the seal inside had been opened. Debating whether some of the product had been used prior to sending to me!.”

Hi Adam, all our products are new unless otherwise stated. Im not sure how the seal has ended up with you in that manner. Had you contacted us we would have replaced this ASAP without question. Please call or contact us via email and we will get this sorted for you.

Sorry to hear of your experience, on this occasion the issue of missing bolts from your product was out of our hands and we had the supplier send you the replacements direct. Theres nothing more we could have done to resolve this.s

“I use kraken corals for my fish food. On this occasion there was a issue with supply from tmc. Michael from kraken corals kept me informed and did his best to rectify and supply what I needed in a prompt and professional manner. I highly recommend the team at kraken corals.”

“I’ve been looking for a 7” filter cup for ages I saw that kraken were making 4” cups so I gave them a ring I spoke to a guy called Dominic I told him what I was looking for he said he would look into it I rang him back a week later he said he would have a go at it a week later he sent me this see pictures this cup is top quality I haven’t installed it in my sump yet but I know it’s going to be great no more washing filter socks😂 Dominic was very professional and incredibly helpful well done mate 👍🏻I would recommend kraken to everyone if you need anything for your hobby give them a ring...⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
