“Excellent service with a very quick delivery of the products I ordered. Only criticism is ditch your courier. I was in the house when the guy just dropped the order on the door step and walked off. Fortuneately, the ring doorbell captured it and I was able to get to the door. His description of 'received by' leaves a lot to be desired. Would definitely buy from them again.”

“Ordered a live rock. Delivered fast and packed very well. Was wrapped so no movement in the box. Got a few extras with my order as a gift a few sweets and a sticker. Very good company.”

Hi Sean. Your order was despatched by DHL on the 31sr December. DHL attempted delivery on the 4th after the bank holiday weekend and again on the 7th. Tracking number 41707140015687. We will contact DHL to chase this up unfortunately with the mass amount of self isolation currently experienced nationally some depots are struggling.

“All products are great. The postage was a pain was delayed told next day then turned up 3 days later and looked like it had be used like a football even though it said fragile on the box. Thank God Kraken packed it well. Will defi use again but maybe not online.”
