“Another helpful trip to Kraken. My usual trip for water and after a bit of advice from the team also got some new filter media to try. Love this place, good live stock and equipment / dry goods and always happy to give advice.”

“Really love Kraken, definitely worth a trip even if it’s from further afield. Dom and Chelle really have set up a winner. There’s no high pressure sales tactics, all the tanks are clean and the livestock is top notch. Brilliant shop, you’ll struggle to find better (or more knowledgeable)”

“Best shop around for miles Dom goes above and beyond to help . I’ve had stuff personally delivered out of hours more than once . Coral trays are second to none , and free coffee n sweets for kids wots not to like”

“Friendly,courteous, free drinks and chat... The people there are knowledgeable,friendly and regularly question and show interest in what you are trying to achieve. Personally, I have never been "sold" anything, it always feels like they arrange what you want, NOT sell you what you don't need. Not one frag has died or had desease(out of around 15 bought). Fish and corals are in exemplary condition compared to many other retailers. Need I say more...!?”
