“There website is simple to use, they stick to there delivery estimation and inform when it has been handed over to the carrier with all the information you need to track it before the carrier even contacted me, the items where well packed and safe and arrived without even damage to the product boxes, am very happy with there service and would use them again!”

Hi Ross, sorry for your experience, unfortunately one of the items you ordered (27/05) was on back order, the production of this product has been delayed during covid so there was a longer than usual wait for the product. Your refund was processed on the (10/6) back to the card you used, unfortunately stripe can take up to 7 days to process this refund which is entirely out of our hands.

“Excellent service. Flatworm RX does what it says on the tin. Made up the the free refresher bar and fridge magnet although the only negative is we have a built in fridge so I had to stick the fridge magnet on the washing machine 😁”
