“The engineering of this product is superb. The ability to position the water inlet and the motor on either side makes fitting to different sumps much easier as does the flexible water inlet. There was a 32 mm to 40 mm adaptor included with the reefmat to connect to my 40 mm aquarium plumbing. I've held off investing in a roller filter in place of my filter socks for a long time but am really pleased with the product.”

“Extremely poor quality sinks instead of float after being in water for some time. Brittle and breaks of it falls from your hand. Not worth the spend or the postage I paid for the product.”

Hi Ronald, I am sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. Orders at this time of year can take longer than usual to arrive, and even more so this year due to the Royal Mail industrial strike action. “Very good took awhile because of postal strikes but that’s not your fault. I used this for my hanna salinity tester as I’ve seen someone say it’s ok. Seems to work.”

Hi Grant, I am sorry to hear about your negative experience with our company. I can only apologise on behalf of Royal Mail regarding the industrial strike action which has been causing delays. We do specify at the checkout who the courier is that your order will be shipped out with, and we also offer an alternative courier in DPD which could have been selected at checkout.
