“The service was faultless even in these times that are difficult for everyone. The Orphek Or3 blue plus is amazing. The building quality is fantastic and really good looking. The light has had a amazing impact on the whole tank and especially my acros. Polyps and colour have improved and the light allows all colours to come through much more.”

Sorry you have had issues with delivery speed, unfortunately things can be slower at the moment due to covid, this means some of our products take longer to get hold of from suppliers as most marine products come from china or the US. We are trying to increase our stock levels to prevent this.

Also, ive just checked on your order, you placed the order on 30th May (a saturday) and you paid for saturday delivery the next available saturday is 06 June (tommorow) Your order is leaving today to be delivered tommorow as requested.

“Kraken corals Always have an extensive stock of products And for me personally I could not wont for more from a mail order aquatic store Items that I have ordered have all been dispatched within one hour from ordering and an email to confirm this And also an added bonus each time you spend you gain points What more could you want Great keep doing what your doing”

“really good service with a great choice of products . I was kept fully up to date with my order (part of my order was unavailable but your staff were great on the phone) . the things I ordered were also much cheaper than my local Maidenhead Aquatics with a longer shelf life to boot. so all in all I'm very impressed with your service(needless to say the complimentary fridge magnet and chewy sweet were much appreciated) . my only issue would be that I live in Plymouth and would love to visit the shop.”
