“Buyers be aware Ordered parts for my AI 26 and got sent parts for AI 32. They do not fit. Was informed that they were trying to help then nothing. Stop replying to my msg 😒”

“For the first time i have received two stunning corals that not only look the same in my tank as they did on the website but the size was impressive too! Within 2 hrs of acclimatization, they were looking brilliant! Despite one of the bags leaking... was a close call for one of them, just lucky the heads were just submerged in water at the bottom of the bag. Please double bag, would be my only criticism. Otherwise many thanks Kraken Corals :)”

“On the web it said product was in stock . Paid for it then got a email saying they don't have any in stock . Shock. Turned up 2 weeks late . Terrible service. Will not be ordering from here anymore. Less they give me my money back. Product was 1200 redreef flece.”

Hi Steven sorry for your experience. I can see on your account that the item was out of stock when you ordered. The order confirmation sent to you shows that it was back ordered and it gave an estimated delivery date of the 1st August. We shipped the item on the 29th July ahead of the estimated date so actually sent early. I'm sorry you thought that the item was in stock at the time of ordering. It's possible somone else purchased the last of the stock while you were checking out but the confirmation email does show it as back ordered Regards Dom
