“My purchase of ATM Colony was extremely easy, hassle free and very informative. I was unsure on the product, so called the store. They gave me lots of good advice, have used the product themselves and so far so good for me! Would definitely recommend Kraken Corals as a company and for my future purchases and ATM colony as a product.”

“Excellent communications, very happy with the lengths that Kraken went to for my order. I’m so happy with the additions to my clean up crew and they all arrived safe and healthy. They are doing great, can’t wait to move them out of QT in the main tank. Literally couldn’t be happier.”

“We ordered through yourselves as the site stated we would receive it by the Friday. When it wasn’t delivered by the Friday I contact yourselves only to be told that what I had ordered wasn’t in stock. Not a good first impression.”

Hi Louise, sorry for the bad experience, unfortunately you ordered two brackets when the stock was showing as one in stock. As you ordered more than we had available the initial estimated delivery date could not be met as it was based on the stock. We got more stock and despatch your full order as fast as we could.

“Would definitely order from Kraken Corals again. Great service for online orders, good selection of products and fast delivery. Have ordered a couple of times and just recently ordered some clean up critters that I have yet to be able to find for sale in shops near to me, all arrived healthy and I would be happy to order more inverts in the future. Just wish I could visit this shop in person!”

“After some internet searching, found what i wanted at kraken Corals. After putting my order through i realised in check out it stated much later for delivery, however with speaking to a member who was very eager to help assured it was posted already which arrived the following day. Great prices excellent service and highly recommended. Thank you.”
