“I cannot recommend this place highly enough, whether you're just popping in for a look, or spending large amounts, Kraken treat everyone with the same high regard, it is a pleasure to visit the shop, their stock leaves no wish unfulfilled, and their service, advice and professionalism is in my opinion second to none.”

“Best store I have been to lots of corals and frags and all very nicely displayed in very clean tanks. Staff are very polite and knowledgable and it was very nice to be offered a brew on entering the store. Prices are very reasonable compared to some other stores. I will definitely be shopping here again it was worth the travel from Oldham”

“Diamond of a small unit run by great people. I've just switched to a marine reef tank (with my sons help) and he brought me here because he is a regular - and now I see why. There is a great choice of corals etc and a reasonable collection of marine life too. If you're after something special - or something that's not in stock at the time of your visit - it's not a problem and it will be ordered in for you.. There's complimentary hot and cold drinks offered to you and colouring books and sweets for the children to keep them occupied whilst chose your fish/corals. Great and knowledgeable people. Prices are not the cheapest - but the service, support and the fact that it's a small family business is worth paying the price (discounts can be readily haggled for too). I'm all for small businesses doing well in the virtual shopping world we now rely on. It's great to talk. Go visit - experience it for yourself and support the small businesses that give us the experience that on-line shopping can't do.”
