“Excellent customer service. I accidentally ordered MinnFinn Saltwater instead of MinnFinn Freshwater, but Simon at Kraken Corrals changed the order for me after letting them know about the problem. Then after the bottle I received was broken (as the courier had thrown the package over a six foot wall on to paving slabs), Simon arranged for a replacement to be sent to me straight away.”
