“I ordered a Fluval EVO Nano tank + Protein skimmer on their online ordering portal. I knew they were out of stock and coming from their supplier and I called to enquire about a possible delivery date. I was answered by a very friendly and helpful chap who said they would send the tank and then send the out of stock skimmer separately as I requested. The tank appeared the day after with it the skimmer so I was delighted. It arrived in a giant, well packaged box, completely undamaged. All in all, it was a great deal, very well managed by people who are obviously fish mad! I've since seen their advert pop up on my Facebook and the comments left by others are all glowing, and I can see why.”

“I am only giving 4 stars as the wave makers you sent did not have the double sided tape as detailed in the instructions which caused me extra expense. I know you do not make these but feel you shoulder a small responsibility to check at least a few of each product you sell, other than that I will use again”

“Ordered an ai prime 16hd speedy delivery and well packaged thankfully, because the courier did not handle with care even with fragile written all over the box, the box corners were all badly bent in but luckily the light and contents were all ok due to good packaging hence the 5 as I dont blame kraken corals”
