“Bad Customer service, Ordered on 8th Feb and only delivered on the 21st Feb, did not receive any update on the delivery, when I placed the order over it showed it was in stock, after me chasing the team, they responded by saying it was on backorder. Poor customer service, only justifying the delay after me sending them emails. Will not be using this service again in the future.”

We assume it is the Kraken Corals Red Sea Max Nano Filter Cup (below): https://krakencorals.co.uk/aquatics/kraken-corals-red-sea-max-nano-filter-cup.html These are advertised as our own 3D printed filter cup that is compatible with the Red Sea Max Nano. The filter cup is also not meant to hold a filter sock, it is designed to hold other media such as carbon or phosphate remover (in mesh bags).
