“I bought this pump just after lockdown and unfortunately it was out of stock. However the nice people kept my up to date by a number of phone calls so I knew what was going on and expected timescale for delivery. They even offered a refund early on but I decided against this because of their friendly approach. The pump has now arrived and does not disappoint. Very good Customer service.”

“Great service originally ordered a Red Sea nano but wasn’t in stock need a tank asap as mine was leaking, phoned up and was offered the Red Sea reefer 170 and it was delivered same day, and looks great a big thank you”

“Great service, very efficient the delivery driver was not very professional, had a update to they were running late, then about 2 hrs later, my wife said there's a DHL van just pulled off, now I live on a block of flats, so delivery vans pull up all the time, we had no door bell ring, so didn't going anything of it, when my wife went to work later, she buzzed up to the flat , telling me a bucket of salt, was in the porch, not happy at all. Could gone walkies very easy. Then had a email from DHL to day I signed for it, bloody cheek, but kraken corals brilliant service”
