“Quick delivery next day, well packed Royal Mail however wouldn’t deliver as it was over 20Kg and has to be collected from the sorting office That cardboard must have been all of 500grams”

“I needed some Tropic Marin Pro Reef Salt and a replacement bulb for my ITC ALR1 Algea unit so I went onto Kraken Corals website and they had everything I needed. I also got free delivery and it literally arrived so quick and at the weekend. A fantastic family run company and I will be using again when needed. Thank you Kraken Corals.”

“Unfortunately, when I received my parcel the MinnFinn bottle 1 had leaked all over the parcel. It had been packed badly inside the salt box and was squashed. It did get refunded but I ordered the salt to make up an order for free next day delivery and paid over the odds for it which I obviously did not return. Have ordered before from Kraken and had no issues, no question on the refund either hence the 3 stars.”
