Hi, we are sorry to hear this, due to covid some items are delayed and our office is a little less staffed than usual due to school holidays and staff holidays but our telephone lines have been working

“Exceptional service received from Shell at Kraken Corals Ltd. I ordered the Aqua One aquarium online, as a surprise for my husband's 50th birthday. I got an immediate call from Shell advising of a delay in dispatch. Unfortunately it wouldn't be arriving in time for hubby's birthday but what Shell did was amazing! She called my hubby on the morning of his birthday to tell him that he would be receiving a delivery of the aquarium and wished him a happy birthday. Due to Shell's efforts behind the scenes the aquarium was actually delivered later that afternoon 😄 Thanks Shell at Kraken Corals, amazing job! X”
