“Good quality mop heads and better than we have used from other company's but far too heavy and it didn't help that our delivery of the ones that were not sent out ended up going to a different company altogether! Aftersales service is good though 👍 and generall as a rule pretty good but on this occasion not impressed! Sorry 😒”
