“I requested that the bottles were to be delivered into reception, but the bottles were left outside a roller shutter door, on the floor in the pouring rain in a badly damaged box, causing the bottles to fall out into the road way. I know that this is not your fault, it was the delivery service's fault. The picture they took was very vague and we had to go hunting for them the next day. This has never happened before”
