“Hi, I have not received the order and it is frustrating that there is no action on this following my emails being sent. I am told the parts were delivered but in fact were not as I have already checked that with my contact on the site. Regards Maciej Sidorenko Kerry Omagh”

Good afternoon Maciej, Many thanks for your review and I am really sorry that this order hasn't been delivered. As you know I was looking into this for you as the courier says it was delivered and signed for although I appreciate that you have not located it. I did send you an email on the 22nd which I was waiting for a response on so we can get this resolved as quickly as possible. It is unfortunate that the Christmas break has got in the way and you may have missed this? Apologies for the experience on this order and I will make contact with you and get this resolved today. “The planning for the delivery of the instruments is terrible, I sent two laser probes for calibration before Christmas and I have sent an email stating that we will resume operations on the New Year on 3rd January. The instruments were delivered on Saturday Christmas eve and the factory was closed.”

Hi Marthica. Many thanks for your feedback and I am really sorry about the poor level of service you have received from our courier partners on this occasion. As per the email I sent you when you first brought this matter to our attention, the courier should NOT have delivered your package on Christmas Eve as it is a stipulation that it should be signed for. Therefore regardless of when we dispatched it should not have been delivered until you were open. That said, I accept that in the situation it would have been better to have dispatched on 3rd Jan and we have taken your feedback on board. “Easy to use grip good brush works very well when new and did all the tasks set no issues and no tearing or loss of bristles - not used long enough to see how the the brush and bristles last before needs to be changed for a new one - these comments refer to all the Bottle Brushes that I have been trialling for various hygiene tasks so far so good”
