“I was very happy with the speed of the service but the only observation I would make is the size of the packaging that the items came in was ridiculously large. Whilst I understand that plastic packaging is now being discouraged it doesn't make sense to send items in packaging that is double the size that it needs to be because this then impacts the cost of delivery.”

“Love the product range, speed of process: ordering to delivery, and the service received. The quality is great, and it's just deciding whether the price is worth it, as a lot of products come in as more than our other suppliers. Got some pro and con balancing to do!
