“Service at the start was good, however they forgot my installation appointment, I had to call to chase them. Said they had to come back another time to which I stated that wasn't convenient as I had to take the day off work. Asked them to cancel the order as they couldn't fulfill as promised and the company threatened me with legal action. I advised that they were in breach of contract not me and I could obtain legal advise to do the same. After this they were somehow able to carry out my installation. Overall I dont think the customer service was very good and was made to feel like I was in the wrong for their error”

Dear Mrs Jones Thank you for your comments, this was totally our fault and a complete oversight on our part. Our records show that we were in the midst of arranging a Saturday installation, to try and make amends, when one of our installers pulled forward on a job and was able to come that afternoon on the day you had taken off work and complete your installation. Once again we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and take on board your comments regarding customer service. “The work carried by your fitters was completed under exceptional weather conditions , temperatures of 30 degrees +. Both guys worked hard all day and did so in good humor, with attention to detail provided a quality installation.”

“Rutland KLG were fantastic right from the off. We got expert advice for our front door and new french doors and were kept up to date with the order right up to the installation date. Richard the installer arrived promptly as advised and was extremely professional and very attentive to the standard of the install. I would not hesitate to recommend KLG, 5* all the way.”

“Very efficient and helpful from initial contact to completion of the job, including returning to fix a door knocker missing from the installation package within 3 days - that's good service! All the personnel involved (receptionist, sales adviser, fitters etc) were pleasant, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Time was taken to explain fully when answering questions raised. We needed 3 new external doors and so interviewed several suppliers before choosing KLG - our first impressions were proved to be right and we will recommend them to anyone who is in need of the products and services they offer. You cannot beat a well-run family business like KLG Rutland, because they genuinely care about their customers.”

“When we decided to replace our windows and front door i knew that the one company i wanted to use was Klg Rutland.When my father was in the building trade i know he liked to use the company for the extensions he was building.I have to say i can totally understand why he used them.Everyone who we have dealt with have been very professional from the ladies keeping us informed with e-mails to the window fitters.We had no pushy salesman and everything we asked for we have had.Will certainly recommend the company to anyone looking for replacement windows and doors.”

“Searched the internet for good quality composite doors and finally settled for KLG RUTLAND for 2 doors. There was a good choice and the door furniture was of a good quality. They kept me updated all the way up to the fitting date. The fitter arrived on time and the the doors were fitted professionally and no mess The doors are fully guaranteed with a written warranty If I need any more doors / windows fitting KLG will be my first choice.”
