“Excellent experience from start to finish. A non-pushy supportive process aimed at ensuring I got the conservatory I'd hoped for within my budget. Trades people were reliable, polite and tidy workers.”

Also, the quotation that we received from KLG was very competitive, and our outlay was considerably reduced by buying from them. Definitely to be recommended.”

“I was impressed with the first person who came to see me to discuss what I was interested in buy (a new front - and then back - door to my house and who explained things carefully, courteously, unhurriedly and systematically but above all, because he was not at all "pushy." I could make up my mind about what I wanted but if I decided against purchasing anything/placing a firm order I knew that I would not be hassled or have pressure put on me to do so. The surveyor who than came to measure up was likewise careful, unhurried and systematic. The fitter who came to install the door arrived on time, got on with the job with the minimum of fuss and bother and made sure I understood how the locking system worked before he left, leaving the premises as clean and tidy as possible in the circumstances (it was raining hard all the time he was there). I am obviously a "satisfied customer" as I had KLG to install me a new front door about 18 months ago and went back to them when I wanted (just recently) to have a new back door as well. I was also pleased to learn that all the products they install - doors, windows, etc. - are made to measure for each customer, not just "off the peg"items adapted for the purpose.”

You can make a judgement based on the facts - and shop around if you feel you need to, but we don't have to anymore as we trust KLG..”

“I visited both of this companies showrooms before making my decision to purchase. I didn't find another showroom to compare anywhere in the East Midlands. The staff were friendly helpful and knowledgeable in their product . The installation team were clean tidy and interested in the products they were installing. I can only speak well of this company from quotation through installation to after sales they were first class.”

“We have used Rutland Windows on many occasions during the past 15 years in order to replace windows and doors and to install folding doors between our sitting room and the conservatory. On every occasion their service has been of the highest order as has the workmanship in their products. But above all we have felt very comfortable with their staff who have always been easy to get on with and worked with great consideration for ourselves. On an occasion when we neded adjustment to the internal folding doors the service engineer was expert and corrected the fault and left us with a better result than the original. In short I could hardly reccomend them more highly in every department. John Cooper”

“We are delighted with the product & several neighbours have commented on the design of the front door - ie with inbuilt blind. The work was carried out efficiently by a very polite fitter. However I would comment that we did not receive notification of delivery/fitting at all. We had just returned from holiday & were still asleep when the fitter arrived at 8.15am.”

“We have used KLG many times in the past and their performance has always been great. Sadly the latest installation didn't go that well. 3 revisits were necessary to correct faults so the whole installation took a long time. We did receive some vouchers for use with future installations,.”

“Large Rutland conservatory Installation went well. Nice looking product and much admired on completion. After approx 2 years, detail design of the fixings at the gutter line required attention. The end caps of the rafters came off as they were effectively only stuck on wth silicon adhesive and the central supports of a length of guttering became detached. Nothing had broken, it had just unclippef itself. All of this was repaired free of charge but should not happen with a quality product.”
