“The pice was right, the product is good and was fitted efficiently. The only down side was the delay from ordering to fitting but it was during the pandemic lockdown. Overall a very good purchase. Would recommend.”

“Value not price is important. Doors are competitively costed but I was most impressed by the high quality of professionalism. This began at the showroom but was very evident when the home measurements were taken. My own preferences were listened to attentively but alternative options were clearly set out. The fitter was simply excellent. Again the small items of trim and sealant were given the attention that meant the final look has brought about many positive comments from family and visitors. I strongly recommend KLG to prospective customers.”

“Everything about dealing with KLG Rutland from quote to fitting was fine it was just a pity that a couple of hours after the fitted left we found one window was scratched, the fitter would not have noticed this as it wasn,t until the sun shone on it that it became noticeable, the problem was rectified within a couple of weeks so this action was very prompt.”

“Fitter was pleasant and did a very good job, leaving everything clean and tidy. Very pleased with the door in fit and appearance. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, they said they’d come a.m. or inform us of a change of time but didn’t. Whe no one arrived I had to phone them to be told they were coming p.m. as he had been sent to another job first .”
