“Terrible service and quality never again”

Dear Mr & Mrs Webb, we are very sorry to hear that you’ve been unhappy with aspects of the service from KLG. We are a small, local company, and really do strive to offer the best service possible – not only because we want to know we’ve done the best job we can, but because we want our customers to spread the word by saying nice things about us to their friends and families! As a result, we’re always very sorry to hear that we might have let somebody down. In your review you’ve been a little bit vague with regards to what has gone wrong; if a customer is ever unhappy we want to be given the opportunity to put it right and make them happy. In this case it appears you have not spoken to us directly, and have so far not given us the opportunity to rectify any mistakes that may have been made. We are also a founder member of the Double Glazing and Conservatory Ombudsman scheme, but are unaware of any outstanding issues of this nature after checking with them. If you could either email us with more detail at reception@klg.co.uk , or call 01159 22 11 55 and ask for customer service, we will make it our priority to establish what’s happened, and will work with you to find a solution to turn it around. “A big thank you to KLG! Our new bi fold doors look amazing on our extension. We decided to have bi folds instead of french doors as a result of their professional advice. They were right! They have transformed our home. From start to finish everyone we dealt with were polite, professional and courteous. No pushy selling . We would recommend them to our family and friends without hesitation.”

“Very friendly, competitively priced and excellent workmanship! Now the whole house has a new look and no more painting window frames inside and out! Any problems even years after fitting they are more than obliging to come out and sort the issue. On saying that we have not had many problems only niggly things like the lock not engaging fully after the door may have settled after a years usage. I would thoroughly recommend Rutland Windows.”

As a result, we’re always very sorry to hear that we might have let somebody down. Our records show that we were unable to fit the existing Yale locks on the day because the spindle was too short to work in the new composite doors, that were more substantial. We then secured the property using the locking system that is standard on all our composite doors. Later we returned and fitted additional brand new Yale locks to the doors free of charge. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this oversight may have caused you. “Following making our windows order KLG Rutland arrived in a short period of time to install our windows. During the installation the work was completed quickly and the workers cleaned up as they worked. The day after we noticed a small mark in-between the double glazing pane of a small window, KLG Rutland were informed and without any hesitation they replaced the window within a few days. Overall the service that we received from KLG Rutland was first class and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“We live in the highest house in our village and therefore the main feature of the house is the panoramic views over the Nottinghamshire countryside. The detached house which is 23 years old and was built on top of a double garage. At the back of the house there are 39 steps to the top of the back garden. We can actually view the countryside for miles as we can look over the top of the house. Therefore having first class double glazing windows and doors when we are inside the house was paramount in choosing our double glazing manufacturer and supplier. The house was originally erected with wooden windows and doors that needed staining each year. Due to the fact that several of the windows had blown, on recommendation we contacted KLG Amazing Glazing to have the whole property newly double glazed. The salesman, the surveyor, the tradesmen who fitted our windows and doors to the maintenance team were all excellent and we could not have asked for better service from KLG. They all were polite, courteous, careful, tidy and professional in the work that they carried out. They were also so considerate to our neighbours bearing in mind this was a big job with the house having to have scaffolding. Many residents have remarked what a great job KLG have done. We were recommended by the property manager of Nottingham's oldest established building contractors who guaranteed we would get a professional job done with quality products. We have no problem in recommending KLG and are absolutely delighted with the finished product.”

“I purchased a door from KLG, every aspect of the process from the online door builder to the firmest was a pleasure, nothing was too much trouble. I am quite fussy to be fair and they did everything I asked if them and even more!! They even washed my drive down after as there was some dust and debris from the fitment. Would recommend to anyone, best of all these guys were the cheapest locally too.”
