“The service was exemplary from the moment I walked into the showroom to the minute the van drove away after fitting. Great offer and lovely choice of doors. Fitters were very friendly and did a great job and a thorough clean afterwards. Highly recommended.”

“It was a challenge to renovate our conservatory and your team of workers did remarkably well. We are delighted and your staff are delighted that they delivered such a wonderful job. Everything to do with the job was done to the highest standard. I recommend your company to do business with the whole system works so well showing you what’s on offer from you showing valuable ideas to get the best on your project. Where you think a problem may be looming Their experience and skill will give you the solution needed. As you can see I am extremely impressed and every time I get to see our conservatory now I get a Buzz. I would be glad to speak with anybody who has doubts or feel unsure about having work done and there will always be situations with no solutions but thankfully that’s rare so any ideas that come along will be achievable”

It is always daunting having strangers working in your home, especially when they are ripping the windows out in a snowstorm, but the fitters simply could not have been better, friendlier or more helpful, a solid 11 out of 10.”

“The doors are great and installation was fine. The process took much longer than I expected, I enquired in May and it wasn't all done until December. The door was originally fitted in September, the installers said they had forgotten to put my house number on the top box window so they would put a blank one in temporarily and come back and fit the new window when it was made. I had to call to chase this and got another date booked in, I then got a call the day before they were due to fit it to say they had made the window but it had been smashed so they needed to make another and it was then pushed back further - the lady who phoned me laughed about this but I was actually really annoyed about it and didn't find it funny, she wasn't apologetic about it or seem to understand how long I'd been waiting. The communication was very poor throughout and I had to call and chase things up at every point, when I did ring it was as if I was inconveniencing them and they just wanted to get me off the phone. The last time I called to chase the new window after it had been smashed I wanted to explain how long I'd been waiting and that I wasn't happy with the service but I didn't get a chance as she just wanted to get off the phone. I wasn't sent a feedback form or anything so putting this here.”

“Whilst I was a little daunted once I'd made the decision to have all the windows and doors replaced KLG made the whole experience seamless. From Marc, who was extremely patient and helpful whilst I was asking questions and choosing which product to the installation by Eddie and Aaron. Great guys who managed to installed 2 lintels, 11 windows and 2 doors in just over 2 days and during storm Eunice. Never known guys to work so hard. Quality of doors, windows and installation great and they were extreamley tidy and respectful. Would definitely recommend this company.”
