Worst customer service. I noticed that my item was not making Progess and after two weeks of interacting with them, they made a futile attempt in the 11th hour to make a “replacement order”. Based off of logic, I am convinced this “effort” is purely for show because there was no way they could deliver our item on time, given the short turnaround. Personally, I would not want to shop from anyone that gives inaccurate shipping times, along with unresponsive support.

Die bestellten Handschuhe ( Hirschleder mit Kaschmirfutter) wurden in einem einfachen, leicht gepolsterten Briefumschlag versendet !! Als dieser hier ankam, war der Umschlag total zerknittert und an einem Stelle eingerissen. So verschickt der Händler seine Ware, die hochwertig sein soll. Außerdem wird auf der Website auf eine über 200 jährige Tradition hingewiese, die Handschuhe aber kommen aus China, haben auch einen entsprechenden Einnäher, und stinken stark nach Chemie. Tragen werde ich diese Handschuhe nicht und bin dafür um eine - leider negative- Erfahrung reicher.

No harmful chemicals are used in the manufacture of these gloves, but you may have noticed the tanning agents used, which are vegetable-based. Extremely slow - handling times of 5 business days in some cases before even posting. Slow response time and poor customer service. Eventually got a refund after 7 business days without items being posted, and they said refund would take 10 business days to appear in account. Just seems very slow and scammy

Many thanks for your feedback. We do state any handling times on the product pages but our sincere apologies this one was taking a little longer than advertised. We did offer a generous discount due to the delay and responded to you within 1 business day but we fully understand your wanting to cancel it, we're working with the warehouse to speed up the processing time on those affected items. Most refunds do tend to take a couple of business days to show on your account though 'upto 10 business days' is normally the advice of the banks / payment providers.

I was expecting my order to come from a European Union country, but it came from UK, so I had to pay extra 100 euros in taxes. Displaying euros in the portal is highly misleading if all orders come from UK.

Thank you for your feedback. The website will recognise where you are ordering from and adjusts the site to the local currency. On the delivery section of each item page and the website information page, it is written KJ Beckett sends from the UK. It is stated on the delivery information page, some customers in Europe may receive a customs charge for the release of their order. I do sympathise with you on this matter and can appreciate an unexpected customs charge may have been a shock, but I must stress the company sending and delivery information is listed in many places on the website.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, your package was held by the Italian Customs Authority and it seems they've been holding it for over 3 weeks. We have reached out to offer you a replacement or full refund - sadly there is nothing the seller can do if the Italian Government are prohibiting the release of your order.

As a small family business we do not receive a significantly discounted rate for international tracked deliveries, but you will find our rates are still cheaper than the local post offices. Tutto OK per l'acquisto del prodotto ,insoddisfatto sulla procedura di importazione in quanto ho pagato oltre alle spese di trasporto le spese della dogana. Mai più questa esperienza dal Regno Unito, fate bene a rimanere fuori dalla comunità Europea e a mantenere tutte lòe vostre buone abitudini, la sterlina i pollici il re etc. etc. Grazie di tutto.

Took nearly a month to deliver, rediculus. Also even though the article was advertised priced in euro the failed to mention the customs cost of 25 euro that I had to pay on an article that originally cost 110 euro will never buy from kj beckett again, very annoying

I am not sure what to write since I am still waiting for my refund of the backpack that I had to return because it did not arrive on time even though it was ordered early. The bags are well made. STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND. ONLY POSTAGE WAS REFUNDED.

Very poor service no stock scam.u with it takes two weeks to put a pair off earings in a box ..whole time there using ur payment to look for a cheaper product they can buy you for there profit hence two weeks delivery time

Terrible customer service. Information about international shipping is not accurate or complete. Customer service takes days to respond, if they care to respond at all (score 1 out of 3 support requests. Shipping took more than a month.

Thank you for your feedback. I can see one of your emails was not responded to a you were contacted by the carrier/customs instead of ourselves in relation to the same query. The order was shipped on the 19th Dec but sadly got caught up in the heavy volumes being processed by the carriers over the holiday period / customs queues, I cna see it was delivered on the 13th January. We don't advise the shipping guidelines as being guaranteed unfortunately but we do apologise for the delays caused by the postal strikes in the UK.

I ordered a leather binder more than four weeks ago which I have yet to receive. I have reached out but were told nothing more than a platitude: “It’s in the mail.” Rubbish!!!
