“I made two orders to KJ Beckett and was very pleased with the speed of the delivery and the packaging was adequate to protect the purchased items. What i am not happy with is the customer service side of the company in relation to a simple email request for further information on an item.the item was on sale and i was interested in purchasing it.i sent the email query on the 25/1/14 and only received a reply on the 5/2/14 that is eleven days.by that time the item had returned to its normal RRP or was sold out.to me this just isn't good enough from a company that prides itself on it's reputation.”

“I have purchased from KJ Beckett on two occasions now, both times I have received prompt confirmation emails; dispatch emails; and final delivery. I am delighted to recommend KJ Beckett for the sales service, product range and delivery times. I have been trying to contact customer services about stock levels over email which has been less successful, having not yet received a response but hopefully standard concerns over returns are dealt with as competently as sales. This would not stop me recommending this retailer.”
