“4 features stand out for me with regard to KJ Beckett. 1: the products on offer are well-made, high quality goods ... rather than products aimed at price-conscious customers. I like the emphasis on quality in the product range KJ Beckett offers. 2: the product range is regularly updated, but in a sensible way. By 'sensible', I mean that products that have a wide & enduring appeal are retained, while new, often seasonal products are added on a regular basis. This makes it both worthwhile & interesting to visit the KJ Beckett site on a regular basis. 3: the prices charged (looked at another way ... the discounts offered) and the sales promotions regularly featured are substantial. 4: delivery charges are modest & sensible ... they encourage regular buying rather than waiting until a sufficiently large order-list is built up to justify the high delivery charges which some sites charge This is a well-run site driven by an intelligent approach to retail sales.”

“My first order was via Amazon and delighted. When I then checked KJ Beckett website direct found that it was actually cheaper than Amazon as free p&p. Started with Obviously naked anato free boxer briefs 3 inch leg - so comfortable. Then ordered Obviously naked EveryMan anato free lumber boxer 3 inch leg - even better and the statement ''feels naked'' is absolulety true. Now tried the Obviously naked EveryMan anato free lumber 9 inch leg - well it just gets better. I had an issue with 1 item and the customer service received was amazing, replaced in 24 hours without question. Deal direct with KJB try these items, you will NOT be disappointed, I have never fealt so comfortable and 'free' down there in my 60 years. I think the Obviously naked EveryMan anato free lumber range is my favourite, try them”

“I paid for next day delivery to have my husbands birthday present here on time but there was a problem with the delivery company and they were a day late. I did get a refund for next day delivery charge which helped you redeem yourselves.”

“Never shopped on line before you were my first experience! Always been worried about payments by card on line and having to send items back and never wanted the hassle that I thought may happen. I persuaded myself to give it a go. I chose my items men's 'Obviously' underwear.. paid by card.. Items were delivered when stated.. very simple! I will be shopping on line again with you!. “Your initial service in response to my order was excellent. Unfortunately I had not carried out the research, which I should have the result being that the gloves were too large and I had to return them with an explanatory letter. I followed this up with a telephone call to your Customer Services who were certain a smaller size could be obtained and were going to take it up directly with Dents. Within the week the smaller gloves were received preceded by an e-mail. The gloves fitted fine and I responded with an e-mail expressing my appreciation of your service. Thank you. - Tom Henry”
