“Took nearly a month to deliver, rediculus. Also even though the article was advertised priced in euro the failed to mention the customs cost of 25 euro that I had to pay on an article that originally cost 110 euro will never buy from kj beckett again, very annoying”

Thank you for raising this to our attention. Our sincere apologies the package was held up in Dublin customs, we'll certainly be looking into why this happened with the logistics company. We do advise on the delivery page that some customers in Europe may receive a customs charge.

“Very pleased with KJ Beckett. Sometimes things don’t go to plan and that’s when you find out what customer service is like. In this case an exchange for a different size was handled with the absolute minimum of fuss and replacement sent out so quickly without having to pay and refund postage.”
