“I ordered a pair of titanium earrings and was told they would take 5-7 days to arrive. They came much quicker and the team kept me up to date all the way through. The earrings themselves are lovely - just what I wanted! Very good service and a very friendly experience, especially given that I prefer a personal service to the usual internet buying experience.”

“Good source for hosiery I can't get elsewhere, specifically Falke tights in small-medium. Falke itself doesn't ship outside Europe and most online shops that carry their products and do ship internationally only seem to carry S - M - L.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service I received from KJ Beckett. Through no fault of their own, the package I ordered was left outside my property, in full view, by the Yodel, despite me being at home. Unsurprisingly, it disappeared. The care and attention that KJ Beckett showed in resolving the matter was exceptional. Not only were they quick and decisive, but were refreshingly courteous and a complete pleasure to deal with. I am also impressed by their stock line and reasonable prices and so I will certainly be using them again.”

“Terrible customer service. Information about international shipping is not accurate or complete. Customer service takes days to respond, if they care to respond at all (score 1 out of 3 support requests. Shipping took more than a month.”

Thank you for your feedback. I can see one of your emails was not responded to a you were contacted by the carrier/customs instead of ourselves in relation to the same query. The order was shipped on the 19th Dec but sadly got caught up in the heavy volumes being processed by the carriers over the holiday period / customs queues, I cna see it was delivered on the 13th January. We don't advise the shipping guidelines as being guaranteed unfortunately but we do apologise for the delays caused by the postal strikes in the UK.
