“I bought a FOSSIL wallet and expected it to be packaged a bit better. The tin arrived dented and it was a Christmas present. But it was too close to Christmas to return it. I would expect expensive items to be packaged a bit more sensibly. Product was fine which is why I gave them 3 stars instead of 2.”

“The overall service from KT Beckett was good. However the item itself is not worth the pre-sale price. The internal compartments are flimsy and the zipper is very stiff. I reckon the sale price is about it's true value. It's a handy size and quite pleasing to the eye so I am reasonably satisfied with my purchase”

“Received a yellow knitted tie for Christmas and have been really pleased with the quality. My girlfriend who bought the tie has said she was impressed with the efficiency when purchasing and it was delivered in a timely manner - exactly what you want, particularly at such a time of year. First impressions count and as a result of our experience I will absolutely consider purchasing further workwear from you.”

“Terrible company. Wallet for a Christmas present came without box in a ripped scruffy piece of plastic and wallet looked like it must have been the last one on the shelf. When I called to return it there were no grovelling apologies just ok you can send it back. And my postage refund came in the form of a cheque which is annoying and inconvenient. Will never but from again!”
