“I had fantastic experience with Kj Beckett. This was my first time to order from them and I didn’t know about them until I found them by google. Since the product I ordered was UK original, I ordered from them. They shipped quickly, and I received the order in less than 10 days in USA. I totally recommend KJ Beckett.”

Thank you for your email. We're terribly sorry to hear your order took a little longer than advised on the website. I can see your order arrived 2 days later than predicted, Royal Mail were striking 2-3 days per week this month causing delays in most facilities unfortunately.

“My order of credit card holder has now arrived, but I had no notification that it was due on the day of arrival so was not in. Still unhappy only to hear from KJ Bennet after my initial review, not a reply to my e mail in the previous week which requested a delivery update. My I suggest in the current climate you consider changing your delivery company from Royal Mail to a more reliable company.”

Thank you for confirming receipt. I'm glad to hear it arrived. I can see this item page did advise a processing time prior to the shipping but I do apologise it arrived a day later than expected. Sadly, after searching we did not find any email from yourself prior to the review, you may wish to check the email address used was correct and the email did send.

“I ordered a Roka shoulder bag from KJ Beckett which arrived as scheduled. Communication with the company was excellent and the bag arrived well packaged and as shown on the website. It was also cheaper than counterparts sold in a handbag shop locally so a win-win!”
