“Very poor service no stock scam.u with it takes two weeks to put a pair off earings in a box ..whole time there using ur payment to look for a cheaper product they can buy you for there profit hence two weeks delivery time”

“So happy that I stumbled across this website when looking for a ROKA bag for my mum. I stupidly ordered the wrong colour and my only complaint is rang customer service from 8am quite a few times and they didn’t turn the line on till gone 9am. However they did email me back quickly. However the bag got swopped and shipped quickly and arrived on her birthday. Will definitely use again.”
