“Услуги оказаны своевременно, качественно. Машины в отличном состоянии. Водители вежливые и доброжелательные. Первый раз воспользовался трансфером из аэропорта Анталья до Отеля в Белеке. Встретили в аэропорту в оговоренном ранее месте и во время. Второй раз заказывал трансфер из отеля в Белеке до отеля в Антальи, также все услуги были оказаны высококачественно. А также предоставили машину более высокого класса. Огромное спасибо!”

“Начало отдыха было испорчено благодаря трансферу от Kiwitaxi. К слову, не хотим ждать автобусы от встречающей стороны и заезжать во все отели по пути. Перед вылетом в Шарм Эль Шейх, заказали трансфер от аэропорта Шарма до отеля. Ехать около 20 минут, цена составила 18$ и, вроде бы, по картинке на сайте должен был приехать что то типа микроавтобуса. Оплата прошла моментально, потом уже пожалели, что надо было доплатить за бесплатный возврат. Долго грузить не буду информацией. В итоге, подтверждение так и не пришло, на телефон никто не звонил, при выходе из аэропорта с нашей табличкой мы никого не нашли, хотя по рядам прошли два раза, даже спрашивали наши имена и фамилии, привлекли нашего гида из Азур тревел, но никто из встречающих не отозвался. В итоге, простояв там же рядом ещё минут 20, мы нашли такси обычное за 25$. Приехав в отель, на второй номер телефона, который был указан в заказе как не основной получили от водителя по вотсаппу сообщение, что он нас ждёт. После переписки со службой "качества" Kiwitaxi в течении 4-х дней нами был получен ответ в отказе вернуть деньги, так как водитель "сделал" своё дело, а мы-лохи не позвонили.... в общем отвратная служба трансфера, по крайней мере в Египте. Больше этой службой никогда не воспользуемся и никому не советуем.”

“Нас ни кто не встретил, хотя при заказе указали номер рейса. В конце концов к нам подошли, и сказали, что надо ещё подождать, серьезно!!! Плюс ещё 30 минут ожидания. В итоге куча потерянного времени. Заказ 1561520. Заказывали бизнес, а с таким отношением даже экономом из глухой деревни не пахнет”

“I am writing a second review about this terrible company. 10/16/21 we were supposed to be picked up from the hotel to the Amsterdam airport. Nobody ever came. Due to such negligence, we could be late for the flight. The money has not yet been returned, although we contacted customer support. We were also denied moral compensation. I do not recommend this taxi service to anyone!”

“A transfer was ordered from The Hague to Amsterdam Airport, which we waited for more than 20 minutes, but no one arrived. Due to the incompetence of the company, we could have missed our flight from Amsterdam, if an urgent taxi was not called. After 4 days, they tell me that they are still figuring out the situation and no one returned the prepaid money to the card. Tech support is a nightmare. Do not recommend”

“On my business trips to Moscow, I use only Kiwitaxi. Except transfer from the airport, I book a driver for the whole day to take me to my meetings. They have first-class cars and the best drivers that also speak very good English. First time I was so afraid I get lost in that big country, but the customer support and the local dispatcher got me through my booking process very smoothly, I didn't have to call the driver etc.”

He met me with the nameplate and was at requested meeting point on time. The car was luxury E class, clean and new. I enjoyed the process of booking and the ride itself. “Thanks for the best service I have ever seen. I booked a transfer from Barcelona Airport to my hotel and chose an economy car. But nevertheless, they gave me a brand new car with a driver in a white shirt. He told me a lot about the city while we were going to my hotel, was polite and calm. “Hi, I used Kiwitaxi Service two times. The first was in Spain (my first trip to another country alone), the second was Dubai (came there with my family). To be honest, I did not expect anything from it. But it was amazing! Both times the driver contacted me via Whatsapp and met right when I received the luggage! In Spain, the driver helped me find the main entrance to my hotel (I was kinda lost there). In Dubai we firstly met a person with our nameplate. He was in a white short and talked with us very politely. The driver was asking whether the car is comfortable for us or shall they turn on air-conditioner. I recommend the service to people who travel alone or with the family. They always help and provide different-size cars.”

“Our flight from the US took a mechanical so we knew our connection would be missed. I contacted Kiwi ~7hours in advance with the new flight info so that they could contact their driver. They chose to not do that but kept my money because I hadn't been aware my flight would be delayed 24 hours in advance. I wanted them to just shift my pickup time but their shady business practice is just to keep you money without performing the services.”

“I ordered a transfer and paid for it. After our arrival, no one was after us. I called the office and asked if someone would come to pick us up? They replied that they had canceled the order without being informed about it. We were left alone with the children at the airport without a transfer. The money still hasn't come back. I do not recommend - unless you like the risk.”

“Really bad experience ! We booked a taxi to pick us up from the airport and drop us off on the way back. Our taxi was cancelled right before we were supposed to be pick up. I have only received a half price refund and called to asked whether our return ride is still confirmed, checked with them 3 times to be on the save side, received a confirmation from kiwi taxi and the driver and no one showed up anyway!!!!! After 15 minutes of waiting in front of the hotel and contacting the provider I was told they are no longer allocated to us and had to find someone else to take us. Will never recommend or use again !!!”

“I have ordered a taxi from Antalya Airport to Avsallar for my mother. The main road to our house was closed. The drive couldn't find the other road and wanted to leave my mother in the middle of the street! I called few times and tried to explain the right way but his English level was almost zero. My mother has refused to leave the car, so he was forced to wait until I got to the place. Then I said that he must to drive us to the destination that I paid for. That's way I give you a one star, otherwise it is zero service from the taxi driver.”

“I am in the same situation as many other users where I had to cancel two reservations in Italy due to COVID; Sorrento and Naples. The initial communication was good and "the financial department was working on the refund" That was in June and now 7 months later there is no communication and no response. Do not use this company.”
