“Заказали машину на 23 июля Пулково гостиница в Питере, к сожалению на подлёте сообщили что аэропорт закрыт и нас посадили во Внуково!!! Менеджер сообщил что водитель ждать не будет и заменить его не представляется возможным!!! Веник и так не маленький, выше рынка а ещё запросили доплатить 1800 за ожидает!!!! Крутой сервис!!!! Очень неповоротливые и негибкие условия!!!! Не рекомендую”

Согласно вашему заказу, водитель ожидал вас в аэропорту Пулково в назначенное время, после чего за неимением информации о прибытии рейса был вынужден уезжать на другой заказ. “Decided to write a short review of my experience with KiwiTaxi. Never used this service before, decided to give it a shot as I needed to take a whole family, including the elderly, on a family holiday, ... and, frankly, was very impressed! The driver contacted me beforehand, the car arrived as agreed, the driver was punctual and had a nameplate, so it was easy to navigate the airport traffic to find him. The iterior of the car was spacious, clean, and we were given some water. Overall, my experience was very positive!) Fast, safe, reliable - I would recommend this service to anyone!!!”

“Shocking service as we waited to be picked up despite booking and paying for this service. Why the operator was located in Russia was truely unbelievable. Despite numerous calls over 1 hr. eventually got picked up by an uber.”

“Montenegro. I have made a order for next day morning, paid and got confirmation. And then, after seven hours, late at night they cancelled the order because “don’t have a car”. The have ruined our plans and said that will return money after a week. Worst service ever.”
