“"Taxi booked for 22:00. 22:05 First call to check where the driver was. Driver picks up the phone says something and hangs up. 5 more calls and no answer. Few more calls to the office - no answer. Why giving numbers if no one answers. Had to take taxi from airport. Twice the price. Disappointed with the service." I didn't ask for any refund, discount or money back Yet the replay from the office was as bellow: "Unfortunately, we have to hold an amount of prepayment as the compensation of expenses for preparing for this transfer because your driver was waiting for you at the airport on time and was trying to reach you by phone. We regret that your transfer did not take place however any violation of the service rules has not been detected. " And at the end company tried to prove that the driver was there and I wasn't. Never again.”
