“With a lot of big suitcases a transport from Hendaye (arrival by TV) to San Sebastian by train can be a lot of stress when changing trains. This time we asked for a Kiwi taxi transfer from Hendaye to our hotel in San Sebastian. We were met on the platform in Hendaye on time and reached our hotel in about 30 minutes. We also used Kiwi the other way round from San Sebastion to Hendaye train station. Kiwi taxi very punctual and polite drivers. I highly recommend this service”

“It was a good service. However, I was expecting a receipt for the amount paid online. I understand that you only provide a voucher now but it would be extremely beneficial to develop a receipt as well, as the voucher doesn't have the date of purchase or card used. If not, please add a disclaimer in the bottom.”

“Driver was on site, on time. Thanks for that. Very helpul with baggages, etc. Two things I do not like and why I would not hire your service again: - car were too old for the price you charge. - travel time was 75 mins. Driver were calling at least 25 mins during driving!!! It is unsafe and annoying. If I am paying for shuttle there is no reason why I have to listen the driver arrange for other transfer while in service!!!”
