Hi Alex Thank you for your review. We are sorry you did not receive your order as expected at the time of leaving this review. Your order was placed on the evening of Tuesday 6th September. During peak times [August/September] it can take up to 3 working days to process and despatch non-personalised, in stock products from our warehouse. Your order was ready for despatch to DPD order on Friday 9th September, however due to unforeseen circumstances DPD did not come to collect that day and as a result, frustratingly, your order could not be despatched until the following Monday for a Tuesday delivery. On this occasion all we can do is apologise for the poor service you have experienced due to our 3rd party service providers. Our teams do endeavour to get orders out as quickly as possible. Hi Michael Thank you for your review. Your order was placed late evening of Wednesday 7th September and it was despatched on Friday 9th September. When placing an order online, we offer two delivery services: • 48 hour Royal Mail Service • 24 hour DPD service When selecting next working day delivery it clearly states: “DPD Next Working Day Expresspak: Stated courier shipping times EXCLUDE processing & despatch times from our warehouse. See T&Cs” As per our terms and conditions our processing and despatch times for non personalised, in-stock products can be up to 3 working days. Whilst we endeavour to despatch items from our warehouse as quickly as possible, in our peak season of August and September it can take up to 3 days. Your order was despatched from our warehouse in 2 working days. Unfortunately, as it was sent out on Friday the next working day service did mean that your parcel would be delivered the following Monday. We apologise for any misunderstanding on the service you selected however we do highlight at the checkout (and order confirmation) that any delivery excludes processing and despatch times. “If I was aware how long it would take for this item to be dispatched no way would I have ordered.. after chasing up 3 weeks later and still nit received 4 weeks on ( sons birthday tomorrow) I'll most probably be returning once they arrive”

“It was our first time using KitKing after finding them on Google. They provided an excellent service throughout. We changed our choice of colour after ordering and they were able to sort this out for us without any issues. Our change in colour choice meant there was a delay in production delay due to our new colour being out of stock but this was communicated to us well and we were kept well informed. Our order has just arrived and they are great, the embroidery and printing is great quality. We will definitely look to use them again for more kit. Thank you”

“Great company to order from its a shame some suppliers aren't as organised ie joma as they are. great communication. service 1st class . quick delivery too if manufacturers help them by sending stock to them as joma stuff on market the now is shocking your waiting 7weeks for some stuff that's not kitking fault .”

Hi Peter Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we appreciate your feedback. Having looked into your order we can see that the 2 Adidas items you ordered had a 1-3 week lead time as stated on our website. Additionally you also ordered personalisation to be applied to the garments. As per our terms and conditions, personalisation can take up to 6 weeks, in addition to the product lead time, as it is peak season with all the grassroots sporting clubs ordering pre-season. As per timelines stated in our terms and conditions, your order could have taken up to 8 weeks to deliver, however our teams despatched your order in only 4 weeks! Our teams work very hard to process orders as quickly as possible as has happened in this instance at our peak time of year. I am sorry that you feel that this lead time was too long despite being made aware of lead times at the time you placed your order. Hi There, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry that the items you ordered were unavailable from Nike in the estimated timeframe displayed on the website. We understand how frustrating this can be. When your order was placed on the website, it displayed an estimated 1-3 week lead time for those items as we do not hold these items in stock. They are ordered on demand from our partner brand Nike. Unfortunately on this occasion, Nike took 4 weeks to deliver this item to us rather than their usual 1-3 weeks. “I contacted about an order as I needed it asap. I was advised there was one garment delaying the whole order. I suggested making two separate deliveries and I would happily pay the extra charge. Salem who dealt with my enquiry has been able to sort out two separate deliveries at no extra cost to me and had been really helpful throughout the process of my enquiry. I am hoping the garments will be now delivered on time…”
