“Having visited several suppliers, KDC was the only one to appreciate and design a kitchen that matched our requirements. Having agreed on the design and paid for the kitchen up front in full, we noticed a drop in customer experience and from then on any issues would be between ourselves and trades nominated by KDC.
An advised 3-4 week installation and build then proceeded to take 11 weeks, with some order issues being incorrect or simply not ordered. Ultimately, these were remedied.
We spent a lot of money on our dream kitchen and we expected 100% satisfaction. Nobody from KDC has come to look and check whether this was delivered, which is disappointing. We offered this to KDC who advised a day that wasn't convenient but nothing heard since then.”
