“Having visited several suppliers, KDC was the only one to appreciate and design a kitchen that matched our requirements. Having agreed on the design and paid for the kitchen up front in full, we noticed a drop in customer experience and from then on any issues would be between ourselves and trades nominated by KDC.
An advised 3-4 week installation and build then proceeded to take 11 weeks, with some order issues being incorrect or simply not ordered. Ultimately, these were remedied.
We spent a lot of money on our dream kitchen and we expected 100% satisfaction. Nobody from KDC has come to look and check whether this was delivered, which is disappointing. We offered this to KDC who advised a day that wasn't convenient but nothing heard since then.”

“If you want the wow factor then look no further as you will not be disappointed with the Kitchen Design Centre in Urmston. From the very first moment we walked into the showroom to the end result the service has been fantastic. I made an online enquiry and was swiftly contacted by Rowan and he kept in touch every step of the way, we could not of asked for a better person to assist us. Rowan was really knowledgeable and professional, when we went into see the design it brought me to tears, I was so overwhelmed as I never imagined he would bring our dream kitchen to reality. When the time came to the kitchen Rowan did a site visit and liaised with our builder, our kitchen was installed by KDC fitting team, Billy and his team were perfectionists, at every stage the attention to detail was outstanding and communication was fantastic. I literally just left them a key and left them to it, they were clean, tidy, true professionals so would recommend using their team for installation. The kitchen is now the heart of our home and a social space for the whole family to gather together and we have a whole new way of life.
