“Extremely happy with the service provided by the Kitchen design centre and particularly from Chelsea who handled the job throughout. Chelsea gave us plenty of time and effort to ensure that the design of the kitchen was exactly as we wanted. The delivery of the kitchen was on time and fitted expertly and professionally by Ben, the fitter frequently used by the shop. Any small snags were dealt with extremely promptly by Chelsea and her team. Chelsea oversaw the entire project from start to finish and gave us that personal touch to the service. I am extremely happy with my beautiful, high quality kitchen and I would highly recommend The Kitchen Design Centre.”

The fitter provided was excellent and I was very pleased that the process was project managed which meant I had no stress. “I chose Barrowford KDC as they offered the full package of design, build and fitting and project management. Here we met the lovely Abi.
I also spotted the display of taupe cupboards and sparkly Fossil quartz worktop and loved it straightaway. Having spoken with Abi she came to have a look at our current layout of separate kitchen and through dining room / lounge. I wanted to make this into a kitchen diner, complete with an island or peninsular, breakfast bar, room for a dining table and party area, plus storage. We also wanted to keep the understairs pantry and the original kitchen door and patio doors. Abi took all this onboard and delivered a great design, which we loved straightaway, so much so that we didn't change anything apart from a cupboard into drawers and opting for white walls. We had a few hiccups with the building work prior to our fitting date but Abi was always on hand to help which was greatly appreciated. Her positive and cheerful personality was uplifting.
Craig, our fitter, was excellent. He was very professional, highly skilled and knowledgeable with a great attention to detail. He was also very tidy, which was greatly appreciated.
KDCs customer service and delivery were excellent and the products are of a high quality. It was certainly worth paying that bit extra.
