Our build was delayed from the original start date (nothing to do with KDC) but KDC were very understanding and happy to store the appliances for us until we secured a new builder. Once it came to the fit, KDC were, again, excellent. The team were prompt, courteous, highly skilled with an attention to detail - all the time communicating openly with us on progress and next steps.
