“my experience with KDC wasn't good. the quality of the kitchen is excellent however the fitters were a let down, I booked them in October 2021 to start Febuary2022 it still wasn't completed in July. The Kitchen was delivered while there was construction work going on so my new kitchen was covered in plaster, the lighting above the breakfast bar is in the wrong place, extractor fan was fitted without being core drilled outside leaving me with a fan I cant use, I ordered a mirror splash back which is too big so cant be fitted, the cupboard over the boiler is too small so the pipework underneath is showing, part of the the new ceiling was removed to find some pipework and repaired to a poor standard, the boiler was moved and the old flue hole was left open. I was given four weeks for the work to be completed but it dragged on for five months resulting in me giving a two week timescale for completion which didn't happen. I recommend the products but stay away from the fitters.”
“Absolutely love my new kitchen. After having a kitchen I hated going into - now it’s hard to keep me out of it. It was refreshing to have Suzanne who actually listened to what I was looking for and then combined this with her own ideas. The work went entirely to schedule and with no problems at all. Would certainly recommend Kitchen Design Centre if anyone is looking to upgrade their kitchen.”

Chris the manager came to the rescue .Chris was amazing and went above and beyond to make some lovely touches and make sure we were happy with everything. What must have been stressful for him turned out to be amazing for us everything sorted builders, plasterers , plumber, electrician, decorator the lot. We looked at other kitchen providers but the design that Rowan created for us was really bespoke and felt very personalised to our lifestyle as he had taken onboard bits of information that we had given him when he came to measure the space, whilst also adding his own expertise.
The design was creative and functional, allowing us the best possible use of the space we had, with all of the appliances that we wanted.
The full experience was really positive and any minor issues from the manufacture were resolved quickly and professionally.

Most of the fitters were very good especially the plasterer & the worktop fitters.

“This is the second kitchen that we have purchased from Kitchen Design Centre and in both cases, we have been very satisfied with the design (and designer Will) and the installation. Nearly everything went according to plan and on schedule, the only exception being the delay in the supply of the hob but we were happy with the replacement model.
