“4 minutes ago New Communication, measuring details and delivery were good. But 50% of our panels have delaminated since kitchen was installed in 2017. Initially they were covered by warranty but after that it was at my expense. Now the colour we have is discontinued (Dakar High Gloss) and I have 5 panels that have delaminated. I now have to consider having the kitchen refitted again. (KDW-37926)”

“Doors fitted just 4 years ago and the edges of the coating are beginning to peel back on several of them. Managed to repair a couple with iron on strips but they don't look brilliant. Never had this problem with our last kitchen doors which were from B&Q. Given some of the communication issues I had with this company when I first bought the doors I wouldn't approach them again. I agree with another writer that their Trust Pilot reviews must be heavily modified.”

“The worst company you can deal with. Ordered Friday 10th July and despite being advised it would take 5-10 working days it's now 6th August and no doors. Called several times and emailed, it just gets past from pillar to post. You get the usual "sorry we'll call you back", "it's with a manager", "an email has gone out to the production department", "we're awaiting a dispatch note from the delivery team". Now going to raise chargeback with credit card, avoid at all costs. I suspect their Trustpilot reviews are heavily "modified" as their rating is over 89% five stars but dig a little deeper and you'll find the truth.”

“I was quite nervous about measuring my replacement doors, but the call centre were really helpful and also pointed me in the direction of some videos. The doors are great quality and fit perfectly much to my relief!”
