“I recently came across the brand Baggu, and was delighted that KIN was a stockist in the UK. They had the exact bag I wanted, however due to the pandemic, the stock was yet to arrive. I received a very nice email from the owner with a discount code, and when the bag eventually came, I received a very nice message thanking me for my patience. Great service, kept me updated with my purchased and I LOVE my bag! Thank you! x”

“It's hard to track down Baggu bags in the UK but I found two that I love on Kin and the service was great. There was a delay in delivery due to COVID-19 restrictions, but this was communicated to me via email and a discount offered on my next order to apologise (even though it wasn't their fault as they were awaiting the shipment from the USA). Thanks!”

“I like to support independent businesses in preference to Amazon. Price isn't everything but in this instance yours was very competitive. I like the design and look of the table brush and tray but the finish is not as tactile and smooth as I expected. Nothing that some fine sandpaper and use will not correct though.”
