“Good price in comparison with other similar stores, especially for an item that had to be made and dispatched from outside the UK. The bench had a 3-6 week estimated wait and arrived a bit before the longer estimate which was great. The delivery was good too as the company used by Kin called to arrange a preferred date beforehand. Was a bit worried when ordering a large piece of furniture like this not directly from the original store, but would happily order from Kin again. Didn’t have to worry about duties etc. into the UK and the item has arrived in great condition.”

“Excellent service. Perhaps it would be good to consider Free delivery for £25+. Also would be helpful if there were A4 hardback journals/notebooks for sale and a selection of good quality but more affordable (Circulo - Paper-oh)? Some rollerball or gel pens, a selection of some of the best European stationery as well as products made in the UK would add to the attraction of shopping with your store.”

“The website is great to use, I’ve emailed in the past and got a quick informative response, I love aaaaall the products on offer and the deliveries are always much quicker (under promise over deliver 😊) I think there may have been a website improvement that could have happened but not sure what that was off the top of my head now.
