Hi Faye, Thanks for the review - we always aim to dispatch orders within three working days, I can see that we sent it out on the Tuesday afternoon, the second working day. For RM Tracked 48, from when we dispatch we expect delivery to usually be within 48 hours - but it can be a bit longer. Thanks, Neil

“Great experience! I love the collection KIN offers. The website works as expected and the entire online shopping process is a breeze. They recently added new BAGGU bags and I was sold. I wasn't too sure about the colour I had ordered and - you guessed it - shortly after checking out, my brain changed its mind and decided it wanted a different colour. I sent an email asking if it was possible to exchange the bag that I had already ordered. The team was quick to respond and solve the issue. I received the bag, in the right colour, within no time. (Happy brain) It was packaged well and there were no further issues, no questions asked, no headache. Would order from KIN again, as opposed to bigger companies with no soul. Thanks guys”
