“My experience of Kin has been excellent, something I ordered was out of stock the team kindly emailed me to offer alternatives and also a refund. When I chose an alternative it was shipped that day and came straight away. I have just ordered two more Studio Arhoj products from them. Would recommend on service, efficiency and quality of products.”

“I recently came across the brand Baggu, and was delighted that KIN was a stockist in the UK. They had the exact bag I wanted, however due to the pandemic, the stock was yet to arrive. I received a very nice email from the owner with a discount code, and when the bag eventually came, I received a very nice message thanking me for my patience. “It's hard to track down Baggu bags in the UK but I found two that I love on Kin and the service was great. There was a delay in delivery due to COVID-19 restrictions, but this was communicated to me via email and a discount offered on my next order to apologise (even though it wasn't their fault as they were awaiting the shipment from the USA). Thanks!”

“I like to support independent businesses in preference to Amazon. Price isn't everything but in this instance yours was very competitive. I like the design and look of the table brush and tray but the finish is not as tactile and smooth as I expected. Nothing that some fine sandpaper and use will not correct though.”
