“I have bought beautiful pictures from king &McGaw . The pictures are beautiful however I made some wrong choices which was quickly sorted with a phone call and the pictures were collected and refunded quickly . I have to stress that it was my wrong choice in art . I have been so happy with the professional service by King&McGaw and there huge choice of beautiful art. I want to thank them in abundance for their service and their advice .”

“Furious that I can’t buy further prints to fit the previous frames I’ve purchased from you. I would like to buy new prints to fit the frames but the size formatting is different, so you have to purchase the print and frame together. Not happy. Have loved all the artwork I’ve bought from you in the past but just want new prints to fit my frames!”

“I recently purchased my first two framed prints from this company after much deliberation over sizes, frame colours etc. My prints were delivered quickly and well packaged and I was really pleased with them. However, I realised that one was in a grey ash frame and one black. I checked my order and found that I had inadvertently ordered one in the wrong colour. I rang customer services and explained and how refreshing it was to be told it could be easily corrected. They arranged collection, reframing, with re-delivery all within a week and at no extra cost. I am extremely happy with my prints and the service I received. I will certainly order again so thank you very much.”
