“I contacted the live chat to enquire about buying a gift certificate. It was the worst type of corporate experience - soulless, by-the-book, a no-can-do attitude. Not warm, not friendly, not in the least bit helpful. 'This is our policy' - ' please note that' - 'we don't do' - 'you can not'. I want to give my daughter the chance to buy something that is £170 but no combination of gift certificates will cover this amount and as I was informed, money left over can't be used. So I have to buy a more expensive gift certificate that will have some money wasted or my daughter will have to pay the difference. Don't think much of that!!!! Why do I have to only buy a gift certificate for a set price? I want my daughter to be able to buy something that is £170 but it's impossible! Very much pointed out that if there is money left”

“Great range of quality prints enabling me to find what I was looking for. The print was nicely mounted in a wood frame which was surprisingly light weight. The only negative was it would have been nice to have more options with the sizes. The price felt a little high but I was not disappointed as the picture looks great hung in my hallway. The framed print was excellently packaged and delivered as expected with regular updates on progress. Recommend”
